Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a hands-on Process Technician to support development, testing, and operation of manufacturing processes in a collaborative engineering environment in Minnesota. You will troubleshoot equipment, collect data, and assist engineers on new product or process development.

The role offers exposure to automated equipment, testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities within a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, laboratory, testing, maintenance, or technical environment.
• Hands-on experience operating equipment, machines, tools, or automated systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collect, document, and communicate data effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers, technicians, and operations teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing, testing, or process equipment.
• Collect and document process, production, and performance data.
• Support engineers in identifying process improvements and resolving equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational problems.
• Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and equipment setup.
• Assist with equipment builds, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Conduct inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Support process validation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
