Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area. This hands-on leadership role combines design, prototyping, testing, and product launch responsibilities from concept through production release.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor engineers, and coordinate with Operations and Quality to ensure robust designs and smooth manufacturing transitions. CAD experience with Creo and Windchill is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands‑on prototyping skills.
Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
Provide hands‑on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.
