Job summary

You'll lead projects, collaborate across departments, and assist in process validation efforts. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Engineering and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

This is a full-time internship working Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field.
• Strong interest in process development in an ISO13485 environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Hands-on aptitude and willingness to learn through practical project experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to completion.
• Facilitate project team meetings to gain exposure collaborating across departments.
• Assist in process validation equipment qualification activities.
• Conduct investigations and gather data to support process decisions.
• Report regular updates on project initiatives.
• Provide general engineering support to the team on active projects.
