Responsibilities include developing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), driving continuous improvement, and providing hands-on support for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and AS9100.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing processes.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
