Job description

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Intern to support manufacturing process improvement projects at our Orland Park plant. You’ll work closely with our Continuous Improvement Manager and collaborate with our electrical, mechanical, and quality engineers. You’ll also work alongside maintenance, production, and tool room employees. In this role you will work on injection molding and rapid automated assembly processes. This role will be a great fit for you if you’re interested in lean manufacturing and hands‑on exposure to real‑world projects!

Pay rates for this role start at $19/hr.
