Condux International, Inc. seeks an experienced NPD Design Engineer to drive new tools and equipment from concept to production. You will translate customer needs into engineering specs, validate designs, and coordinate across teams to meet performance and regulatory standards.

You will lead prototyping, apply FEA/DFMEA, and manage milestones within a Stage-Gate process, while partnering with product management and operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably with complex mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (Creo preferred).
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and product validation.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and engineering processes.
• Familiarity with FEA, DFMA and DFMEA.

Mansioni
