Job summary

GO Staffing in Salem, OR seeks an NP/PA for Primary Care and in-home Annual Wellness Visits for seniors. The role supports a fast-growing private group, combining clinic work with home visits and occasional telehealth.

Requires 2+ years of NP/PA experience in primary care, with active Oregon license and DEA registration. Expect a 40-hour workweek, Mon-Fri 8a-5p, with mileage reimbursement, potential sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon medical license in good standing.
• DEA registration currently active.
• Driver's license valid for travel to patient homes.
• Annual Wellness Visits experience preferred.
• HCC coding experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Primary Care in clinic and perform annual wellness exams for seniors in home settings.
• Work in a hybrid model of outpatient, in-home visits, and occasional telehealth.
• Collaborate with Primary Care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, Medicare enrollment, and documentation.
