Job summary

LanceSoft is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated clinical care team in East Greenwich, RI. This onsite fulltime role involves providing primary and family-based care with a focus on accurate assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and disposition planning.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recent Primary Care experience, holds an FNP Master’s degree with National Board Certification, and maintains an APRN license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current National Board Certification and State APRN license to practice in advanced role.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licenses.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management.
• Perform admin duties: opening/closing clinic, inventory, scheduling, insurance verification and payments, maintain clean environment.
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to support positive health outcomes.
• Coordinate with other health professionals to maintain a comprehensive care plan.
• Encourage patient engagement in screenings, behavioral health and chronic condition management.
