Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group in San Diego seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Orthopedic Surgery Division. This is a 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday position with an 8am-5pm schedule and no nights.

Outpatient focus approximately 60% and inpatient responsibility at Sharp Memorial Hospital and Sharp Coronado Hospital. Work closely with a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon on hip and knee replacements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of full-time NP/PA experience in orthopedics.
• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license.
• Current board certification in applicable specialty.
• Must be comfortable working independently.

Aufgaben

• Deliver comprehensive hip and knee replacement care.
• Practice primarily at the SRS Frost Street clinic with inpatient responsibilities at Sharp Memorial and Sharp Coronado Hospitals (60% outpatient / 40% inpatient).
• Partner with a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery.
