Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant for per diem coverage. The role emphasizes patient-centered, team-based care with strong clinical leadership and collaboration with physicians. Neurocritical Care experience is required for per diem eligibility.
Weekend and holiday availability is required; no on-call duties. NJ RN license, NP license, required certifications (BLS, ACLS), and DEA/CDS prescriptive authority are expected along with NPI.
The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or PA utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. Neurocritical Care exerience required for per diem.
Weekends and Holidays as needed. No on-call.
