Matrix Providers is hiring a Nurse Practitioner NP / Physician Assistant PA to conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Richland, WA. The role is full-time and on-site with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Compensation is hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Requirements include an active NP/PA license, NCCPA certification (for PAs), a master’s degree or PA

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license.
• Active NCCPA certification for PAs.
• Master’s degree or PA program completion.
• Active BLS certification.
• Vaccinated per CDC/state guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• VA or compensation exam experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Review medical history and provide one-time disability exams.
• Capture responses using web-based examination forms.
• Submit exams to VA for disability determinations.
• Perform standard exams (musculoskeletal, cardio, respiratory).
• Order ancillaries (X-rays, labs, EKGs, PFTs, ABIs) on-site or nearby.
