St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Bone Health and Rheumatology teams.

You will deliver comprehensive care in a collaborative, value-based environment and spend part of your time in the Spine Clinic to strengthen integration of spine and bone health services. The role emphasizes team-based care, virtual options, and ongoing patient management, with a four-day work week and strong support for professional development and

Competenze

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Experience in Primary Care, Orthopedics, Spine Care, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, or related specialties strongly preferred.
• Interest in virtual care, population health and technology-enabled patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary, team-based care environment.
• Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage, is required.

• Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Embed within the Spine Clinic up to three days per week to strengthen Spine-Bone Health integration.
