Urrly is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home health assessments across Clark County, WA. You choose your hours, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, and operate without clinic visits or prescriptions.

Earn $140 per completed visit, with mileage reimbursement and a company laptop provided. Travel within Clark County, WA, is required, and you’ll document findings in the EMR while educating members on next steps.

Qualifications

• Active NP license is required.
• MSN or higher is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Complete 6–9 in-home health assessments per day.
• Review medical history and risk factors.
• Collect vitals, labs, and screening data.
• Document findings in the EMR.
• Educate members on next steps and coordinate follow-ups.
