Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts seeks a Nurse Practitioner to engage members in care plans, coordinate services, and educate on resources and benefits within a community-focused health plan.

The candidate must be MA-licensed with 3–5 years of care delivery experience; 10+ years ambulatory care experience is preferred for primary care populations, with strong patient engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Current MA NP license with 3–5 years recent experience in care delivery.
• Ideally 10+ years of ambulatory care experience, preferably as a primary care provider for a patient population.
• Proven abilities in patient engagement and relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Engage members in appropriate plans of care, coordinate care and services, communicate effectively, and provide education and resources.
• Understand BCBSMA products and benefits, as well as regulatory and NCQA requirements.
