Now Hiring – Warehouse Order Selector (TW Services)

About TW Services

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center. We are currently seeking local order selectors/pickers to join our team at the Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. We are not a temporary agency. Employment is full-time and permanent.

Onboarding and Schedule

We offer a fast onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview.

Hours/Schedule: 2:00 PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours), Monday to Saturday with a scheduled day off.

Compensation and Benefits

Weekly pay cycle — Every Friday.

PPO Health Insurance options with dental and vision.

Paid Sick Leave (Time Off Accrual).

Daily Responsibilities

• Locate products using warehouse technology (Vo collect voice picking system).
• Pull warehouse items from shelves.
• Retrieve orders according to quantity and size.
• Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks.
• Wrap pallets before loading.
• Pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour.

Requirements

• Voice picking and electric pallet jack experience required.
• Bulk selection warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes repetitively, ranging from 30 lbs up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods (8-12 hours).
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Incentives are available for production.
