Now Hiring - Warehouse Order Selector (TW Services)

Join us to apply for the Warehouse Order Selector role at TW Services Inc.

Job Overview

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center. We are seeking local order selectors/pickers for our Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. This is a full-time, permanent position, not a temporary agency role.

Schedule and Compensation

• Hours/Schedule: 2:00 PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours), Monday to Saturday with a scheduled day off
• Pay and Benefits: Weekly pay every Friday, PPO health insurance options including dental and vision, paid sick leave (time off accrual)

Responsibilities

• Locate products using warehouse technology (Vo collect voice picking system)
• Pull items from shelves and retrieve orders by quantity and size
• Build pallets with orders and position on loading docks
• Wrap pallets before loading
• Pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour

Requirements

• Experience with voice picking and electric pallet jacks
• Bulk selection warehouse experience
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (30-100 lbs) repeatedly
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
