We're looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who is hands-on, driven, and passionate about building a strong, efficient, and positive team culture. Our operation moves premium furniture and high-end deliveries - precision, hustle, and leadership matter.

Strong warehouse operations knowledge

Schedule: Monday -

Monday - Friday | Full-time | Some flexibility required

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a team on the floor every day-loading, unloading, organizing, and prepping deliveries

• Set the tone for hustle, quality, and pride in work

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse

• Communicate with leadership on workflow, productivity, and any needs for improvement

• Keep daily operations moving without needing to be micromanaged
