We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, hands-on Warehouse Associate to play a key role in the success of our warehouse operations. **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Handle and Inspect:** Receive, inspect, and verify HVAC products, ensuring everything matches purchase orders with precision.
* **Pick and Pack:** Accurately select and pack products for delivery, ensuring nothing gets missed and every order is perfect.
* **Load and Unload:** Safely and efficiently load/unload trucks, utilizing forklifts and other equipment.
* **Organize and Maintain:** Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked with inventory in its proper location.
* **Inventory Management:** Assist with cycle counts, making sure our stock is accurate and accounted for.
* **Safety First:** Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* **Collaborate:** Work closely with the team to meet daily goals and resolve any logistical challenges quickly.
* **Flexibility:** Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s handling a rush order or tackling an unexpected task, your versatility will keep us ahead of the game.

**What We’re Looking For:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous warehouse experience (HVAC or distribution environment is a plus!).
* Ability to lift and move products (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
* Forklift experience or willingness to get certified.
