Now Hiring – Local Warehouse Order Selector

Join to apply for the Now Hiring – Local Warehouse Order Selector role at TW Services Inc.

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center. We are currently seeking local order selectors/pickers to join our team at the Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. This is a full-time, permanent position, not a temporary agency role.

We offer a fast onboarding process that can get you to work shortly after your interview.

Hours/Schedule

2:00PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours), Monday to Saturday with scheduled day off.

Compensation/Benefits

Daily Responsibilities

• Locate product using warehouse technology (Vo collect voice picking system)
• Pull warehouse items from shelves
• Retrieve orders according to quantity and size
• Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks
• Wrap pallets before loading
• Pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour

Requirements

• Voice picking and electric pallet jack experience required
• Bulk selection warehouse experience
• Ability to lift heavy boxes repetitively (30 lbs up to 100 lbs)
• Ability to stand for long periods (8-12 hours)
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
