Qualifications

• Experienced bartenders with high-volume and craft cocktail experience preferred.
• Friendly, energetic hospitality professionals.
• Team players who are dependable with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Current Oregon OLCC Service Permit and Food Handler Card (or able to obtain before starting).

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assist with full event setup, including bar preparation, stocking, and organization.
• Provide outstanding hospitality throughout each event.
• Work closely with catering and event teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Participate in tear-down, including breakdown of bars, packing equipment, and loading back into company vehicles.
• Help transport and organize bar supplies and equipment as needed.

Pearl Catering is heading into our busiest season, and we're looking for seasoned, professional bartenders to join our growing event team! Every event is different. One weekend you could be pouring craft cocktails at a beautiful vineyard wedding, the next serving guests at a downtown corporate gala, a private birthday celebration, or an elegant charity fundraiser. If you enjoy a fast‑paced environment, meeting new people, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
