Job summary

A trusted transportation provider in Massachusetts is seeking a Ride Assistant to ensure passenger safety and comfort during transport. The role offers steady part-time hours with a supportive team environment. Qualified candidates should be dependable, patient, and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. This position operates Monday to Friday, approximately during morning and afternoon splits, with no weekend or holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with caregiving, school transportation, or working with vulnerable populations is a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Available Positions

• Monitor (Ride Assistant) - Monitors assist passengers during transport, ensuring safety, comfort, and proper conduct throughout the ride.
• Professional Driver

Qualifications

Schedule Details

Split Shift: Approximately 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Monday through Friday (No weekends or holidays)

Routes operate throughout Worcester County and surrounding towns
