Job summary

MedaCare Transportation Inc. is seeking reliable Transportation Monitors to assist with transporting passengers to and from schools, medical appointments, and other designated locations. This role supports safe, structured, and respectful transportation services.

Paid training is provided. This part-time position features a split shift (morning and afternoon routes) with consistent, predictable routes and pickup/drop-off from home in many cases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and required clearances.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Ride inside the vehicle to assist the driver.
• Monitor passenger safety during transport.
• Ensure passengers remain seated and properly secured.
• Provide calm support and reassurance when needed.
• Help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Report concerns to the driver or dispatch.
• Complete basic incident or observation reports as required.
