Summary

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Ensures adherence to all production/display guidelines regarding bakery products to promote sales opportunities. Operates within sanitation guidelines and procedures set by the company and state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
2. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station according to 5S standards.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service, and sanitation.
4. Maintain proper bakery product presentation to meet customer needs.
5. Manage 'Deco Pac' inventories with the Bakery Manager, including annual physical counts.
6. Maintain variety standards, such as seasonal butter crème colors.
7. Assist in managing production and shrink as per guidelines.
8. Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
9. May act as the bakery in-charge in the absence of the manager and first clerk.
10. Make all customer special orders, such as cakes.
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
