Job Summary

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all customers. Ensures bakery products adhere to production and display guidelines to promote sales. Operates within sanitation guidelines set by the company and state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station according to 5S standards.
• Ensure product availability, quality, and sanitary conditions to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a proper variety of cakes to meet customer needs and manage inventory levels with the Bakery Manager.
• Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and utensils.
• Assist in managing bakery operations in the absence of the manager.
• Handle special orders, adhere to company policies, and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Salary

$16.35 - $19.70 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements

Use of bakery equipment and maintaining sanitation standards.
