Company: Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Ensures adherence to production/display guidelines for bakery products to promote sales. Operates within all sanitation guidelines and procedures set by the company and state.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times, including smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers.
2. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station according to 5S standards.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, outstanding service, and sanitary conditions.
4. Maintain an adequate presentation with a proper variety of cakes to meet customer needs.
5. With the Bakery Manager, manage the 'Deco Pac' inventories, conducting physical counts annually as determined by the corporate office.
6. Maintain daily standards for variety (e.g., Butter Crème and seasonal colors).
7. Assist the bakery manager in managing production and shrink as per company guidelines.
8. Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
9. May act as in-charge of the bakery in the absence of the manager and first clerk.
10. Maintain high levels of customer courtesy and service.
11. Handle all customer special orders, such as cake orders.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
13. Ensure compliance with all sanitation regulations.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
