Kraft Heinz, Inc. is hiring for an Operations Technician at our Columbia, Missouri plant. This hourly manufacturing position involves working either the 8:00am–8:00pm or 8:00pm–8:00am shift, processing meat products and following safety directives to maintain quality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting to minimize downtime, daily sanitation, and handling supervised documentation. Eligibility requires 18+, 1 year of prior employment, and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of continuous prior employment.
• Able to stand for entire 12-hour shift.
• Able to work in cold/wet environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, carry, push, and pull.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid State-issued photo ID.
• Must have reliable transportation for any possible shift.
• Remove all jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, fake eyelashes, and nail polish before starting employment.
