## Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking 10 **Production Team Members**to join us at our facility in Davenport, Iowa. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality oriented and be willing to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, refrigerated environment. This position requires individuals to perform general duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.**Responsibilities & Duties*** Processing and handling raw meat including beef, pork, and poultry* Must be able to follow directives to ensure quality products while maintaining safety standards.* Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.* Sanitation work and cleaning within first 2 hours or when necessary during each shift. Sanitation is completed within each job group and done daily multiple times a day.* Processing of regulated documentation**Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED Equivalent* At least 18-years of age* 2-years of continuous prior employment* Prior Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required* Forklift experience is a plus* Able to stand for entire 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour Shifts* Able to work in a cold/wet environment* Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, carry, push, and pull* Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and pymetric testing.* Must have a valid State-issued photo ID* Must have reliable transportation for any possible shift* **Anyone hired for this position will be required to remove all jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, fake eyelashes and nail polish (even clear) before starting employment.
