Uplift HomeCare, LLC in Odessa, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team serving Odessa and surrounding areas. You will evaluate patients at home, develop treatment plans, and support independence and safety for seniors and veterans.

We offer flexible part-time scheduling, per-visit compensation up to $100, supportive colleagues, and a chance to deliver meaningful care in patients' homes with autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license and CPR certification.
• AHCA Level II background screening required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with field visits.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in their homes and assess functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, safety, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and fall prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as clinically appropriate.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for positive patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do
