Independence Home Loans, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is launching the IGNITE – Loan Officer Training Program. This paid training program includes testing and licensing, with open availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and no nights or weekends.

No mortgage experience is required; you will be trained into a licensed, high-producing Loan Officer. First-year earnings are expected between $85K and $125K, with base plus uncapped commissions, company-paid licensing and training, and a clear path to
