Participants will train under top producers, handle inbound warm leads, and learn CRM and loan origination tools while delivering excellent client service. First-year earnings target is $85K–$125K with potential to exceed six figures in following

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales/commission experience.
• No mortgage experience required; paid training.
• Strong communication and motivational drive.

• Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership.
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching.
• Make and receive calls from warm inbound leads.
• Learn our CRM and loan origination technology.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners.
• Participate in sales meetings and performance incentives.
