Independence Home Loans is seeking driven individuals for the IGNITE Junior Loan Officer Training Program in Scottsdale. The role offers paid training, coaching under elite Mortgage Bankers, and a clear path to high earnings through uncapped commissions.

Located 100% onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, this program accepts candidates with no mortgage experience and a Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales background, aiming to launch a high-six-figure career.

IGNITE – Junior Loan Officer Training Program (Sales)

Paid Training, Testing & Licensing

Schedule: Open availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)

First-Year Earnings Expectation: $85K–$125K and 2nd year earnings as Executive LO $200k+

Unlimited inbound warm leads provided daily
