Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance
Hire, train, and develop management and hourly team members
Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and drive profitability
Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and food quality standards

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets
Demonstrated financial and business acumen
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel occasionally, including overnight
Food Safety Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
