Job summary

EFFRAIM HOME CARE AGENCY LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our residential program. You will provide daily support, assist with activities of daily living, meals, and community activities while promoting safety, independence, and person-centered care.

Shifts include evenings and every other weekend; a valid driver’s license is required to support transportation and community activities.

Qualifications

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Driver’s License Required
