Effraim Home Care Agency LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires a valid driver's license, as we may transport individuals to appointments and activities.

Shifts include overnight, day, and early evening options, with weekly pay and paid training. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, documentation, and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals served.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 18+ years.
• Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Previous DSP, Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or related experience is preferred but not required.

Available Shifts

Shift 1 (Overnight)

• Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Monday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Shift 2

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Every Other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Shift 3

• Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
