Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in California is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Start ASAP with paid training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• HCA registration or willingness to register before hire
• Negative TB test within the last 2 years
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• 1–2 years caregiving experience (home care, senior living, hospital, or CNA/MA/LVN)
• Compassionate, patient, reliable and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and companionship for clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
• Offer medication reminders and light housekeeping support
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings
• Communicate regularly with families and the care management team
• Assist with toileting and incontinence issues

Requirements:
