Revised Personnel is currently seeking an Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long‑term placement.

The ideal candidate will assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily property maintenance operations while helping ensure apartments and common areas are properly maintained.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification required.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have your own basic tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance operations for the property.
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service requests and work orders.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and inspections.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, and drywall issues.
