EMDR Therapist – Part Time

Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible hours with some evening availability preferred.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage.

High Focus Centers, a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania, delivers individualized, evidence-based care through programs such as Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve adults and adolescents addressing mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring disorders in structured, supportive environments.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time EMDR Therapist to join our clinical team in Lansdale, PA. This role will primarily focus on maintaining an individual therapy caseload, with occasional group facilitation responsibilities within our structured outpatient programs.

Position Overview

As an EMDR Therapist, you will provide trauma-informed clinical services to clients in our outpatient programs. Your primary focus will be delivering individual therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other evidence-based modalities to support clients experiencing trauma-related and other mental health concerns.

Additionally, you will facilitate occasional group therapy sessions and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support each client’s treatment goals and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing EMDR and other evidence-based approaches when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain an individual outpatient caseload focused on trauma-informed treatment.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, and recovery-oriented topics.
• Complete intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and level‑of‑care recommendations as needed.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with referral sources, families (when appropriate), and internal clinical staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with program and regulatory standards.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Required

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
• Completion of a clinically focused internship or practicum.
• Experience providing individual therapy in a behavioral health setting.

Preferred

• EMDR training or certification.
• Experience working with trauma‑related disorders.
• Experience working in PHP, IOP, or other structured outpatient behavioral health programs.
