Job summary

The Lash Lounge Henderson – The District is seeking a Lash Stylist with experience and a passion for helping guests look their best. You will apply eyelash extensions safely, work independently, and provide friendly, reliable service in a fast-paced salon environment.

Required active Nevada Cosmetology or Esthetics license and 1+ years as a Lash Stylist; weekend and some evenings available; strong customer service, reliable transportation, and a proactive learner.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics license active in Nevada is required.
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist in Nevada is required.
• Customer service focused with ability to educate clients on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products.
• Understand and promote products and memberships.
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through referral programs.
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment.

We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and reliable!

• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
