Job summary

The Lash Lounge is a premier lash extension salon with locations across the United States. We are seeking a Lash Stylist who can work independently, safely apply eyelash extensions, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates have lash experience, are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible, with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred.
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, optional.
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper lash care and promote aftercare products and memberships.
• Understand and promote products and memberships.
• Perform high quality eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through referral programs.
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment.

PAY STRUCTURE: Hourly pay during training and clientele building transitioning to commission based + service incentives.

HOURLY: TRAINING $13.00-$16.00

Compensation: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
