Stoke Space is building Nova, a fully reusable rocket system for rapid spaceflight and a scalable space industry. As a Structures Fabricator you will weld, fit up and assemble precision sheet metal and machined components, working with engineers to develop processes and improve fabrication tooling.

We seek hands-on technicians with 3+ years in aerospace fabrication, skilled in TIG, MIG or laser welding, able to read blueprints, lift up to 40 lbs, and work second shift when needed; on-site with a

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace precision metal fabrication.
• Experience with TIG, MIG, or laser welding on stainless steel or nickel.
• Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work second shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld and assemble sheet metal and machined components into complex assemblies.
• Perform high-quality TIG welding with appropriate techniques for thin-gauge materials.
• Improve quality and throughput; maintain an efficient workspace.
• Source, create, maintain and improve tools, consumables and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop manufacturing processes and tooling.
