Responsibilities

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.

• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Organize and store tested equipment.
• Process missing or damaged equipment accurately.
• Adapt workflow to client needs and deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer support to clients.
• Follow department leadership directions and assist other departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with policies.
