Job summary

The Connor Group Kids & Community Not-for-Profit is seeking a Controller to oversee all day-to-day accounting including payables and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

This role supports not-for-profit growth and provides an opportunity to work with a talented team, with compensation and industry-leading benefits. Equity ownership is available within 48 months.

Qualifications

• Five years or greater progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent in experience.
• Experience with general ledger software for accounting. Examples include Netsuite, Sage, Intacct, QuickBooks, Yardi, etc.
• No experience necessary in not-for-profit.
• Hours, 8-5pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all day-to-day accounting, payables, financial reporting, and other key accounting functions.
• Support the growth of our not-for-profit and work with a group of talented, committed people.
