Job summary

The Connor Group Kids & Community Not-for-Profit is seeking a qualified Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting, payables, and financial reporting within a growing not-for-profit environment.

Five years of progressive accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting are required. Experience with major general ledger software such as NetSuite, Sage, Intacct, QuickBooks, or Yardi is preferred; no prior not-for-profit experience is required.

Qualifications

• Five years or greater progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent in experience.
• Experience with general ledger software for accounting (e.g., Netsuite, Sage, Intacct, QuickBooks, Yardi).
• No experience required in not-for-profit.

• Oversee and execute all day-to-day accounting, payables, financial reporting, and other key accounting functions.
