Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements.
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audit, review or compilation engagements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of audit engagements from staffing to financial reporting.
• Provide supervision to staff, seniors and supervisors and communicate with the engagement partner.
• Collaborate with seniors and partners on client issue resolution and issues arising during audits.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet deadlines.
• Create and track engagement budgets for efficiency and discuss evaluations with team members.
• Participate in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader.
