WhiteCap Search is seeking an experienced audit leader to manage not-for-profit engagements from planning through report issuance. The role requires close client interaction, strong GAAP/GAAS know-how, and strategic guidance on internal controls.

You will mentor staff, oversee budgets, and help grow the NFP practice, partnering with partners on business development and client presentations. Local NJ office participation is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or MS degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 7 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting, with significant not-for-profit exposure.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage all phases of audit and assurance engagements for not-for-profit organizations, including planning, fieldwork, and report issuance.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services.
• Review and approve audit reports and financial statements for GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Provide strategic insights on internal controls, governance, and operational improvements.
• Oversee not-for-profit client portfolio and mentor audit staff and seniors.
