Mercier Consultancy in Athens is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Singapore Airlines. Working from our Athens office, you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, with full, paid training provided.

Candidates must have Norwegian at C1/C2 and strong English, hold an EU passport, and be willing to relocate to Greece; a relocation package is offered. The role offers a competitive monthly salary with a monthly bonus, and two extra salaries per year, plus

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

Responsibilities
