Mercier Consultancy in Greece (Relocation Opportunity) is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Imperial's customers. The role is fully remote from Greece, with a 40-hour workweek, and involves handling inquiries by phone, email and live chat.

You must have Norwegian at C1/C2 and strong English, be eligible for EU passport, and be willing to relocate to Greece with our relocation package.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian, both written and verbal.
• High level of English.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/Cover Letter.
• Valid EU passport required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation package.

Responsibilities

• Support Imperial's customers via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Work remotely from Greece as part of a multinational team.
