Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to deliver a premium service strategy for Northwest clients. You will build trusted relationships, guide retirement plan strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to meet client and participant needs across multiple states.

The role emphasizes consultative plan design, data analysis, and contract negotiations, with 25–40% travel. A bachelor's degree and retirement services experience, plus FINRA licenses, are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retirement services work experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licensing.
• Retirement industry experience.
• Strong client relationship management, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel approximately 25–40% of the time nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and senior executives.
• Attend committee meetings, analyze plan data, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional service teams and manage RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and define implementation timelines.
• Identify opportunities for growth and cross-sell Voya products and solutions.
