Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree or min 5 years’ experience in similar position.
• MBA, Biological Science and Food Technology preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Experience in reporting, both formal and informal, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate sales strategy into region-specific action plans and drive execution.
• Report to Area Sales Manager US & Canada on activities and updates.
• Serve as regional contact for logistics, invoices and payments.
• Communicate BENEO product lines and expert services to maximize opportunities.
• Coordinate quality issues and related documentation to ensure compliance.
• Arrange visits to build local relationships with buyers, R&D, quality and production teams.
• Manage sales performance and forecasts in line with budgets under guidance.
• Lead price negotiations within the pricing framework to optimize sales.
• Generate volume growth projects and maintain a filled pipeline.
• Update the CRM with local project information and ensure data is current.
• Keep abreast of market developments and share knowledge across the team.
