The role emphasizes monitoring regulatory changes, developing dossiers, and providing timely guidance across time zones in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Regulatory Affairs within US/Canada markets.
• Ability to assess regulatory requirements for labeling, claims, ingredient status.
• Collaborative, proactive cross-functional regulatory support.

Responsibilities

• Drive Food Regulatory Affairs activities, submissions, and processes for US & Canada region
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance to internal teams and customers
• Prepare regulatory position papers and comments on draft legislation
• Develop and manage regulatory dossiers for new ingredient approvals and claims
• Provide regulatory advice to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate product, facility, and distributor registrations and renewals
• Maintain regulatory database and documentation for compliance
• Represent BENEO with regulatory authorities and industry associations
